Aaron and I had a horrible experience trying to take Audrey for her first bike ride... apparently her head is just too small for any of the bike helmets that are made. We gave it a try though. Audrey liked riding on the back of my bike as long as she could see (the helmet kept falling over her eyes!). She was obviously not a big fan of the helmet.
